Gorgeous in dark clothing, the "Mother Up!" beauty wore a a navy long-sleeve v-neck, covered by a flowing black scarf. She completed her look with a pair of sexy yoga pants and black leather boots.

In related news, the 38-year-old refuted a National Enquirer article about her nearly getting into a fist fight with a man who charged at Eva while she ate lunch with Jane Fonda at the Beverly Hills Hotel, on an undisclosed date.

In the article, a disgruntled man came up to the ladies, raging about Jane's 1972 visit to North Vietnam, calling her a traitor. According to the Enquirer, Fonda was “thoroughly frightened,” but Eva was reportedly “red-faced and ready to explode.”

The "Crazy Kind of Love" starlet is said to have “confronted the guy, snarling: ‘If you don’t back off, I’m calling security and you’ll be thrown out of here!’”

Eva tweeted about the bogus article on Wednesday, writing, "Who writes this stuff? This never happened!"
