Honoring those who've stepped up in the fight against HIV/AIDS, some of Hollywood's most famous faces headed to the amfAR Inspiration Gala in Los Angeles on Thursday (December 12).
This year, host Chelsea Handler plays ringmaster as Aileen Getty, Goldie Hawn, and Hugo Boss are recognized for their contribution.
Also in attendance at the charitably chic event was Victoria's Secret stunner Alessandra Ambrosio who wowed in a sparkling gown with a plunging neckline while being accompanied by her handsome hubby, Jamie Mazur.
Vanessa Hudgens, Kelly Osbourne, Sharon Stone, Zoe Saldana and Paula Abdul were also some of the famous faces spotted mingling in the crowd.
Founded in 1985, amfAR is dedicated to ending the global AIDS epidemic through innovative research.
