Sending support far away to Eastern Europe, Hayden Panettiere and George Clooney encouraged government protestors in the Ukraine.
As crowds gathered to oppose the government after it backed out of a trade deal with the EU under pressure from Russia, the "Nashville" star joined her Ukranian fiancée Wladimir Klitschko among the activists.
Speaking to the crowd, Hayden shared, "There's a movement happening here, and you have a chance to make things right, to make things just. You have a right to democracy. As an American, I want you to know that I stand by you, I support your fight, and I will support it until the country of Ukraine in its entirety reflects the beauty, the true beauty of the Ukranian people. Keep fighting. I love you all."
Back in the States, the handsome "Gravity" star released a YouTube video stating, "I wanted to send a message to all of you brave citizens of Ukraine, who are struggling to look forward and not back. We here in the United States have great affinity for those seeking democracy. We have learned through trial and error that true democracy cannot exist without a free and fair and honest election. When you look to the West, know that we are looking back at you with great admiration. We wish you a peaceful and safe mission. We wish you the government that you want.
