Caught in a very tasteless and illegal act, two men have been charged with felonies for stealing part of the vehicle in which Paul Walker died.
With plenty of cameras on the scene, 18-year-old Jameson Witty ran up and plucked a piece of the wreckage right off of the tow truck.
Further evidencing a lack of good judgment, he then posted photos of his spoils on Instagram, leading to his arrest.
The L.A. District Attorney charged Witty and his accomplice Anthony Janow with felony grand theft; destroying evidence; and resisting, obstructing, and delaying a peace officer.
