Paul Walker's 'Fast & Furious' Car On Sale For $1.37 Million
Days after Paul Walkerâs burial, a car collector in Germany is selling the blue Nissan Skyline GT-R the actor drove in the 2009 film "Fast & Furious" for upwards of $ 1,000,000.
Before Walker tragically died in a fiery car accident on Nov. 30, the current owner told a German car magazine that he was asking a mere 300,000 euros, or $ 412,410, for the car, reports Yahoo Autos.
Yet, in the wake of Walkerâs death, the owner is now asking over three times the original price, listing the car at 1,000,000 euros, or $ 1,374,700.
A known car enthusiast, Walker never owned this Nissan Skyline GT-R, although he did tell Collider in a 2009 interview that the Skyline was one of the most enjoyable cars he had driven in the series.
Unfortunately, it will likely not be an American experiencing the joys of Walkerâs GT-R from "Fast & Furious." As Autoblog notes, itâs âillegal to import [the car] for street use,â and it ended up in Germany after filming in order to avoid its destruction by the United States government. Then again, if youâre an American with $ 1,374,700 to spend on the car, you might also be able to swing the cost of a small place outside of the U.S. Celebrity - The Huffington Post
