'Sleepy Hollow' Mid-Season Finale: Moloch Says Ichabod Will Deliver Abbie's Soul To Him (VIDEO)
It was the "Sleepy Hollow" mid-season finale, and it ended with some bad news from Moloch. Ichabod had convinced the Sin Eater to send him into the Purgatory that his wife is trapped in. When he came back, the beast that was chasing him appeared to have followed him. Then, Moloch appeared and told him his future.
“I touched her soul once, and soon it will be mine forever," Moloch told Ichabod, referring to Abbie. "And you will give it to me.†The hour ended with Ichabod telling his partner, "Moloch. He’s coming for your soul. He says I will deliver it to him.â€
The AV Club's Zack Handlen called the message "soul-chilling," while E! Onlien's Tierney Bricker made it her top OMG TV Moment of the night. "That's the bombshell that Moloch dropped on Ichabod at the end of tonight's fall finale, leaving us to fret over the fate of our new favorite friendship on TV until Jan. 13," she wrote, adding, "(How rude, especially after Abbie gave Ichabod a stocking with his name embroidered on it for Christmas. Awww!)â€
