Bringing a little drama, as well as a little humor to the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, Kristin Chenoweth tried lip syncing while waving to the spectators.
Although the 45-year-old's heart was in it, her voice was not. She was slated to perform "New York New York," but when she forgot to start singing, the pre-recored track continued on without her.
Knowing that the show must go on, the "Alone" singer carried on with the performance, lip-syncing the entire song, as energetic as ever.
In related news, Chenoweth is currently working on a very REAL movie project, named "Hard Sell," which comes to theaters in the United States in 2014.
The synopsis states that, "Hardy Buchanan, a poor student surrounded by affluence at an elite private school, uses the help of a stripper to raise money for his dog's surgery."
