With Thanksgiving behind us, it's time to deck the halls and the First Family welcomed the holidays with open arms as their Christmas tree arrived on Saturday (November 30).
Pulled by a horse-drawn carriage, the 18.5ft. Douglas fir was greeted by Michelle Obama, Malia, Sasha, and their two pups, Sunny and Bo.
Excited to begin decorating, the first lady shared, "This is the best part of the holiday season when our tree comes. It looks good. It looks beautiful."
Giving a sneak peek at what Christmas in the White House will look like, Mrs. Obama told Ladies Home Journal, "This year we're going to decorate it with photos of military homecomings." Check out a video of the arrival below.
